NOVEMBER 2009 NEWSLETTER
Hi all,
Well it was the first of the dark cold Branch Meets of this up and coming winter and we still had 9 brave Guzzi’s in the car park, which had us all running in and out of The Hermit to have a look.
It has not been a bad month in all since the last meet. We still managed to get a few rides in, as the weather had been good. The Super Sausage on the A5 saw several of us meet up for breakfast one Sunday. We even had a good ride down to Brighton once again to the Brightona Show. On another Sunday, several of us rode down to The Ace Café for lunch.
The news of the month is Rummy Tummy and Dotty Dot are now proud grandparents and have a granddaughter called Rozlyn coming in true Rummy style of 4.2 Kilos. Dot is traveling out to Africa next week and Rummy will be following her a couple of weeks later.
Carmelo & Gayner are expecting a baby, which is due in June 2010. Congratulations to you both, I am sure the ‘offspring’ will fit on a bike somewhere, maybe a sidecar on his Cali.
Pete Watson had to be all scrubbed up and dressed posh as one of his daughters was married in September, congratulations again.
The Brewery Trip is this Saturday. As there are, some 5% ers amongst us the temptation for the odd dunk of some fingers in the brew might prove be too tempting.
Do not forget that the closing date for our End of Year Party is the 23rd of November, so if you would like to come along please let us know your selection from the menu as well as the deposit before then.
Take care,
Richard & Hazel

Well done to everybody who made it to the meeting, especially those who rode their Guzzis. Sorry I didn't make it yet again. Health is still a bit of a problem but seems to be getting a little better all the time so hope to see you all next time. Must be my turn to win the raffle?
Congrats to Dot & Rummy. Looking forward to taking the mickey out of "Gramps".
Hope everybody keeps well and, for those still riding these cold days, keep warm and safe.
