Hi people I was speaking to a member on mondays meet who has a 1200 sport he rebuilt and lives near ? watford, we were talking about the footrests and gearlever etc he happened to mention he might have a gearlever and brake lever I could buy for my V65SP but I did not get his name and we forgot to swap details if any one knows who I was talking to could they pass on this message to get in contact please.
out of interest it seems my V65SP has got Monza levers and footrest I assume the idea was to move youe feet further back and give more room for the knees on the fairing lowers which actually does not make any difference as your knees end up in the same place !! just the feet move back a bit and due to the shortened gear lever and the angl of the pivot it makes the gears difficult to select hence the reason for replacing with original levers
cheers
Mick
