2007 Moto Guzzi norge

£2,950.00 Selling

29600 miles.

1151cc air cooled V Twin.

First registered in November 2007.

I have owned for the last 9 ½ years and use it as often as weather and work will permit.

Recently serviced.  During the service the engine, gear box and final drive oils were replaced along with engine oil filter. The outer spark plugs were renewed and the inner iridium spark plugs were checked and in perfect condition with thousands of miles left in the.

At the same time as the service was done, a number of maintenance tasks were completed.  They included overhauling the rear suspension by replacing all the needle rollers. As part of this process a brand new 'double con-rod' was installed because the needle rollers and seals came as part of the assembly.  The swinging arm bearings were also replaced so you will have well greased and virtually brand bearings for peace of mind. The rubber boot between the engine and the swinging arm was replaced to as was the battery. Since the service I have replaced the left hand fork leg with a brand new old stock item as the original was becoming corroded just below the lower steering yoke.  I have retained the original which you can have should you ever need to re chrome it. At the same time the fork oil and fork seals were replaced

The paintwork is metallic black.  The exhaust system is stainless steel and with patience the downpipes always polish up a treat. The tail pipe is a non standard stainless steel Italian, whose brand name I can't recall at the time of typing. It makes a lovely sound but still passes the MOT time and again.
If you prefer it I still have the original Moto Guzzi item.

It will come complete with its original Moto Guzzi panniers, a carrier and top box and a rear wheel hugger that helps keep some of the road dirt at bay. It also has its original tool roll, two original ignition keys and two transponders to deactive the immobiliser when it's time to ride it. It also has an extra tall screen which means there is little or no buffeting when riding at speed.  It's quite possible to see the view ahead by looking over the top of the screen.  The handlebar risers and rocker covers have been powder coated.

For those not familiar with the Norge it is a very quick, comfortable  and capable long distance tourer with a sporty twist.  It is more than capable of handling long distance touring solo or two up.

I am asking £2950.00 or near offer for it. To be honest I don't want to sell it, but the space is needed

If you require any other information about the bike or about living with a Moto Guzzi Norge in general please email or phone me.
