It’s time to let “number 2” move on to a new home. I started this build after buying a collection of parts. It’s was my second Guzzi build, spanning Covid. Sadly I now don’t have time (or space) due to other “projects”, it’s a reluctant sale.
The stand-out is the custom swing-arm. I have details of this build from the previous owner, it was one of a small batch developed from a race-bike in (if I recall correctly) the early 2000’s.
Also notable is the engine which is, according to an advert provided by the previous owner, a 992cc “Agostini build”. It’s lumpy, loud and raw.
The bike is finished, complete and riding, but probably not a ride-away since some TLC is still needed, primarily the engine tune. The rear drive needs a new oil seal and the clutch can be draggy. The tyres are very old and not tracking well (my intent was to fit wire rims).
