By completing an order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Our shop is run by our volunteer Regalia Officer who operates this shop in his spare time. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, allowing for delays with our suppliers. Delivery times may be longer at certain times like holidays etc, so please bear with us.
2. Our prices are subject to change. The current price will be deemed to be the value as displayed on our website.
3. Gambalunga prices will be honoured only up to the end of the calendar term of the current publication.
4. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Delivery charges are as shown.
5. Delivery charges apply to UK addresses only. For purchases from overseas please email the Regalia Secretary (see ‘Contact Us’ page).
6. Prices are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including VAT. Any additional Customs charges on international deliveries will be the responsibility of the purchaser to settle in their local market.
7. MGCGB reserves the right to accept or decline orders. All goods are subject to availability.
8. Clothing size guidelines are given for garments. Please contact the Regalia Officer if there is doubt about your needs prior to placing any order.
9. In case you need to return an item, please contact the Regalia Officer (see ‘Contact Us’ page).
10. Please ensure your delivery address is correct IN FULL before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
11. Our product images are for illustrative purposes only and colours as printed or represented on our webshop are dependent on print process' or the display screeen quality of your device and may differ slightly from the actual item.
12. Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate packages.
