California Vintage panniers with brackets and attachments to fit tonti framed Cali III. brackets are made from Stainless Steel, plus bosses and spaces turned up by myself. Strong set up, as used on several tours. Panniers boxes have slight bumbling in black paint, comes with key, but one lock has old key stuck inside, but still locks. Can post to UK at buyers cost.
