Guzzi (T3?) Tonti seat and grab rail

Grab rail is in good useable condition with reasonable chrome with no bubbling rust.
The seat base is solid and has superficial surface rust. Its been recovered with fairly thick vinyl and the stitching is good.
No tears and in pretty good condition overall.
