Pair of cruiser style panniers good condition, with age related patina. Complete with frame to fit tonti frame. Latches all work and can have small padlocks. Frames include mounted indicators. Very solid, bought as a bit of an experiment bu but I think I prefer soft luggage. Located Devizes Salisbury area.
