Hepco and Becker key help

I purchased old Hepco and Becker Junior Panniers (with 19 stamped on the lock, where the key enters) to fit a Nevada, which did not have the key.

I contacted Hepco and Becker to try to obtain a key, but they do not have any of that specific key left in stock.

Does anyone have a key (presumably number 19), who would be willing to have a spare cut, that I could purchase.

I would be willing to pay to cover any costs incurred, with a bit extra for your effort.
