Iconic colours 750 S3 that I bought last year from an owner that had let it stand for 10 years in his lounge ! Restored prior to being parked up as a house decoration  . The bike had had the following already done, paint work is lovely , the frame, swinging arm , head light bowl, foot rest bars and all frame ancillaries have been powder coated . A new seat fitted . The wheels rebuilt , new bearing etc . New wiring and fuse box fitted . New UJ and  final drive box rebuilt . However after sitting unused for 10 years , the bike needed completely recommissioning. The tank and fuel system were flushed and the carbs and fuel taps ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt with new seals and service kits . The engine and gearbox have been drained and flushed (already vapour blasted ), and checked for seal and bearing issues , new points condensers rotor arm and dissy cap ,  coil leads and caps and plugs . The brakes have been overhauled , new calipers seal kits , pads and braided hoses fitted . The master cylinder’s have been rebuilt . Obviously new oils , fluids and filters . I also did a top end overhaul to check the values, pistons and bores , all of which were in lovely condition , so new head gaskets, seals etc fitted ,valve clearance set and rocker covers polished .
I recently fitted some new period mirrors from Italy , new tank badges and I have a new set of rear shocks also from Italy , which I haven't yet fitted . Replacement battery fitted . This bike is registered as historic , so no MOT required , but happily take it for one if required . This is a rare and lovely bike , all standard and original , no silly indicators or rear sets etc . Runs and rides very nicely . Hopefully you can see from the pictures the condition of this bike , given all the work by me and the previous owners I think this probobly represents the best 750 S3 available .
