Moto Guzzi Le Mans 1978

Moto Guzzi Le Mans 850. 1978. I bought this bike around 4 years ago after it had been off the road since 1990. I didn't want to do a complete rebuild on it which is why it's still quite tatty but everything works as it should. I've been right through it and now ride it fairly regularly. It has had a Marzocchi 38mm fork conversion done on it back in the day before everyone wanted to keep them original. It's also had the gearchange and rear brake swapped round so is now right hand gearchange. All works well and it's a good conversion.It has new Bridgestone BT45 tyres on it and I've just replaced the battery and Ignition leads. It was converted to 950cc again back in the day. I have the Cosworth box that the pistons came in. I did the handlebar conversion to it as the I found the clip ons a bit uncomfortable. I have a pair of original pattern clip ons that will fit the 38mm forks. These can go with the bike.I have several other Moto Guzzi's including a Raceco engined Cafe Racer and don't have the time to give them all the attention they deserve which is why this one has to go unfortunately.
